    I would like to inquire if you are a construction- house builder. Ang if you are , we have a 240 sq. meters lot in Dona Maria subdivision ,Daraga Albay.. I would like to build a small house with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms,with a garage. How is the process.Pls. reply. Thanks.
