These items are Multifunction Foldable Laptop Table T6 – Pink , SanDisk Ultra 32GB Micro SD Card with SD Adaptor, and Haibook Air V2 13.3″ Notebook – Silver. It was consigned to Ms. Riza Marie Dayao Order ID: 9928 with XEND Waybill no. 738000300, The items are about to delivered at 302 V Cruz St. Little Baguio, San Juan, Metro Manila (NCR) but unfortunately her niece was no longer lived at that address. She called our company and requested to retrieve the item from Mr. Moises Diaz With that, we hereby authorized Mr. Roger Sto. Tomas as our representative to retrieved the items from Mr. Moises Diaz which was delivered by XEND EXPRESS last Dec. 23, 2014 received by the guard on duty, Mr. J. Tendencia.      FYI AQA motor pool located in Ruhale C6 is being evicted for back rentals since May 2014 up to the present.
