   I would like to formally report a reckless driving incident involving a driver of 511 Builder with plate number NTQ 440, which occurred along Maceda Street.

   While we were traveling on the said road, the driver of the mentioned vehicle dangerously overtook us and deliberately squeezed our lane, causing us to nearly lose our balance.

   When we confronted the driver about this unsafe maneuver, he arrogantly responded:

   “Bakit, anong masama sa pag-overtake? Hindi naman kayo natamaan.”
   (“Why, what’s wrong with overtaking? It’s not like we hit you.”)

   We explained that his action was dangerous and could have caused an accident. Instead of acknowledging his fault, the driver continued to argue, saying:

   “Bakit, siya ba driver? Wag kayo mag-drive kung ayaw n’yo na oovertake-an.”
   (“Why, is he the driver? Don’t drive if you don’t want to be overtaken.”)

   Although his helper apologized immediately, the driver remained defensive and disrespectful.

   We are submitting this report to call for proper investigation and action regarding this driver’s behavior, as it poses a serious risk to other road users. I can also provide the CCTV footage from the barangay
