EXCLUSIVE EVENT
RATE Php 2,000.00 NETT PER HEAD
– Minimum guaranteed of 200 pax (Maximum capacity of 600 pax) in Lunch Time.

TERMS OF PAYMENT :
1. The CLIENT agrees to make a deposit of at least TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total contract price upon signing of this contract as a reservation fee. This will be deducted from the total package price.
2. Down payment must be settled at thirty (30) days prior to the event.
3. Reservation fee and down payment can be paid in the form of cash, credit card, wire transfer and check payment. Full payment must be settled in cash and credit card only. Personal check will no longer be accepted for bank clearing purposes.
4. In the event of over-attendance, the CLIENT must settle the excess immediately after the function. Failure to pay the balance at the end of the function shall entitle VPOP LIVE to liquidate damages of 25% of the contract price plus legal interest unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
5. The CLIENT binds to pay the minimum price based on the guaranteed minimum number of guests to be reserved, notwithstanding under attendance or no-appearance of guests. In case the number of guests exceeds the guaranteed minimum, the CLIENT agrees to pay the actual number of guests attended and any other additional items ordered on the function date.
