   Good morning, Sir/Ma’am. I would like to respectfully raise a concern regarding the Baligi Construction Company and their contract as a third-party contractor for the transmission line project in Paete, Laguna.

   They used my name and previous project experience from the Alabat Wind Power Project in their proposal. I was informed that I would be the Project Manager who would manage the project team, and I also assisted in preparing their quotation and provided pictures/documentation of my previous project experience.

   However, after they obtained the project, they removed me from the project and are no longer involving me in the management or execution of the works. My concern is that my name, position, and previous project experience appear to have been used to support their qualification/proposal, even though I am not actually working with them as their Project Manager.

   I would like to formally appeal/clarify this matter because I did not authorize them to represent that I am currently managing their transmission-line project if that is not the actual arrangement. I am concerned that my professional experience and previous project records may be misrepresented to the client.

   I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that my name and professional experience not be represented as part of their project team unless I have formally agreed to and am actually assigned to the project.
